This beach villa offers the perfect blend of comfort, city and the sea. Located at San Pedro beachside just a short walk from the beach and the center of San Pedro its ideal for those seeking a serene coastal lifestyle. To reserve this property we require a minimum age of at least 1 guest to be 29 years or older and to accept all house rules.

For guests wanting a relaxing stay, this stunning beachside villa is perfect. Everything you need is within easy walking distance such as San Pedro center with its restaurants, the boardwalk just meters away and the beach. San Pedro's promenade offers a selection of restaurants, cafes, ice cream shops, and play areas for children, and additionally the well known Puerto Banus is only a 10-minute drive away. For people traveling with children or people who want to be near the beach and not having to use a car the whole time, this is the perfect place.

The villa is beautifully decorated to a high Scandinavian standard, spread over one floor with a wonderful garden and outdoor space. When entering the Villa you'll find a fully equipped kitchen and open living room overlooking the private pool and outdoor lounge area. As you enter, to the right, you will find three bedrooms, two of which feature en-suite bathrooms. Additionally, there's a fourth bedroom, an 'annex,' connected to the house and located to the left of the living room, providing even more space for family or guests. All three bedrooms plus the annex have fitted wardrobes.

The property has parking for 1 car, and around the pool there are comfortable sun loungers for soaking up the sun and multiple lounge groups. This outdoor area is perfect for enjoying the warm weather, barbecues and it is providing a perfect space for relaxation.
